Shield Networks

An IT partner that builds and runs the infrastructure it supports

Run by people who build infrastructure.

Shield Networks, Inc. was incorporated in 2020. The company is built on more than three decades of hands-on experience in IT and networking: designing networks, building servers, running phone systems, and supporting the people who depend on them.

We work with small and mid-sized businesses in Los Angeles that need a dependable IT partner but do not need, or cannot justify, a full internal IT department. Our clients are business owners and office managers who want technology to stay out of the way.

How we work

  • We document what we build, and the documentation belongs to you.
  • We explain recommendations in plain language, with the reasoning and the cost.
  • We would rather maintain and reuse equipment that still works than replace it for its own sake.
  • We plan replacements ahead of failure so budgets are not surprised.
  • We handle the vendors, so your staff do not have to sit on hold.
